The SPCA of Anne Arundel County’s annual Puppy Plunge is officially returning on Sunday, August 23, 2026, and we can’t wait to spend another unforgettable day at the beach with our amazing community of animal lovers and their pups.
Every year, Puppy Plunge brings together families, friends, supporters, and dogs of all shapes and sizes for one giant celebration of summer, community, and second chances for animals in need. It’s one of our favorite events of the year — filled with wagging tails, sandy paws, happy splashes, and lots of laughter.
Whether your dog is a professional swimmer, a shoreline explorer, or simply there for the snacks and attention, Puppy Plunge offers something for everyone.

Admission is just $10 per car at the gate, and every dollar raised helps support the SPCA of Anne Arundel County’s mission to care for homeless animals in our community.
