The SPCA of Anne Arundel County is seeking assistance in our affordable Spay and Neuter Clinic. Currently we have an opening for a veterinary assistant to support our veterinarian as we provide high quality care to our patients.
The right candidate will be punctual and reliable, and have experience in assisting with surgery, venipuncture, medication administration, animal restraint and hospital sanitation. This position also requires customer service experience and computer skills, as well as availability on weekends. Please note that this position requires a MINIMUM of one year of veterinary hospital experience. A passion for animal welfare is a must!
