Ways to Give (Individuals)

Why give to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County?

Did you know that in a single year, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County (AACSPCA) takes in thousands of animals? This is why donations are so vital to us.

The money generated by our minimal adoption fees does not begin to cover our shelter expenses, much less the many services we offer throughout the year.

Who Supports the AACSPCA?

The SPCA of Anne Arundel County is not affiliated with, or supported by, any other AACSPCA or humane organization. There is no national structure for SPCAs and we are not a chapter of any larger organization.

We are a private, non-profit organization that serves Anne Arundel County. We receive no funds from local, state or federal government. The AACSPCA relies on the generosity of individuals and businesses in our community to ensure that homeless companion animals receive the best possible care.

Donor Privacy Policy

The SPCA of Anne Arundel County does not sell or trade our donors’ personal or contact information with anyone else. We do not send mailings on behalf of other organizations.

Donate Your Vehicle – Help Animals in Need

The SPCA of Anne Arundel County gratefully accepts donations of cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, and boats. Proceeds from the sale of donated vehicles directly support our mission to care for homeless animals and find them loving homes.

Donating is simple and hassle-free! Visit our Vehicle Donation Page or call our toll-free number at 855-500-7433 (855-500-RIDE) to get started.

A representative from our trusted vehicle donation partner will contact you to schedule a free pick-up, often within 24–72 hours. You may even qualify for a tax deduction while making a meaningful difference for the animals in our care.

When your vehicle is picked up, you’ll receive an initial donation receipt. Once it’s sold, we’ll send you the appropriate tax documents for your records. Our dedicated donation team is available 7 days a week to guide you through every step of the process.

Thank you for turning your vehicle into hope and second chances for animals in need!
