Lori’s Big Heart Lives On

Lori’s Big Heart Lives On

We’re always touched when families & friends choose to help remember their loved ones by helping improve the lives of animals. This is a campaign we hope you will consider supporting:

On May 3, 2018, Lori Andersen suddenly left us unexpectedly. Bewildered and lost, we searched for a reason why but can’t find one. So, we had a revelation and decided to honor her memory, her touch, and her kindness by coming together to support her great cause – the love for animals in desperate need of a home.

The SPCA of Anne Arundel County, a no kill shelter, was a place she often took her two girls. Team Lori’s Heart wants to name the new Intake Shelter after Lori herself so that her girls can know that their mom touched a LOT of people during her life. The current intake shelter is in desperate need of replacement. It would break Lori’s Heart to know that the SPCA has no better structure for the incoming abandoned pets.

To see this new shelter be built and to name it the Lori Andersen Intake Shelter, we need your help. The project’s entire scope will be over 1 million dollars. Help Team Lori’s Heart to build this new building for her passion – saving animals.

Thank you, Lori!
