Vivien, now Freckles, is loving her new forever home. This sweet gal came to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County and was labeled as a Collie mix. She captured her new owners’ hearts in seconds. After a quick trip to the vet, they found Freckles is actually a Jack Russell/American Bulldog mix. Freckles is 100 percent adorable and living her best life with her family.
