The SPCA of Anne Arundel County is seeking an enthusiastic team player who has a strong work ethic and customer service skills.
The Front Office Manager position entails a variety of duties and entails a customer service role in addition to managing staff. There are basic office duties required, including managing staff, scheduling, answering phones, acting as a liaison for all departments (since we are the first contact point) and caring for some of the animals housed in areas close to the front office (dogs and cats). Further duties include working with the Administrative Coordinator to maintain accurate drawer closing, monthly reporting and other duties as assigned. The work environment is very fast paced, so multi-tasking is essential here.
Successful individuals must be able to work weekends, possess computer skills and must work well in a fast paced environment.
