5k Fun Run
Walk for the Animals 5K Fun Run is BACK!
Join us for the SPCA’s 5K Fun Run (not timed)!
It's dog friendly, so feel free to bring your favorite 4-legged running partner. However, dogs are not required to participate in the 5K! Please remember that all dogs must be on a leash.
The SPCA of Anne Arundel County's annual Walk for the Animals event is held rain or shine. Funds raised will enable the SPCA to continue to develop and facilitate the much-needed life-saving programs that will continue to help our community and improve the lives of companion animals.
After the 5K Fun Run, stay for The festivities that include fun-filled doggie activities, music, and various vendor booths and food trucks.
5K Fun Run Cost: $25 and includes a Run for the Animals Tank Top
Race Starting Location:
Quiet Waters Park, Annapolis, MD
Check-in at Sassafras/Red Maple Pavilion
The race begins at 8:00 am
Check-In between 7:15 & 7:30 am and get your shirt.
5K Line up: Solo runners first, followed by runners with dogs, then anyone with strollers.
R.A.C.E. Team Volunteers will be on hand to assist in check-in and route details.
Car Show
benefiting the SPCA
Big cars, small cars, all of them are all stars! Get ready to show everyone what a great car you have...sports, classic, historic...you name it.

A $10 donation saves you a spot. All proceeds benefit the SPCA of Anne Arundel County.
​
A trophy will be awarded to Directors Choice, chosen by the President of the SPCA.
We provide shelter and humane care for homeless animals in need and work as advocates for animal welfare in our community.
